Be the main point of contact for your clients – understanding their goals, translating them into digital strategies, and keeping projects on track
Plan, consult, and oversee performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, marketplaces, price comparators)
Lead and coordinate digital & mar-tech projects – from email/SMS/WhatsApp automation to personalization, CRM, and omnichannel communication
Collaborate with internal specialists (design, analytics, performance, AI) and make sure everything connects into one working system
Contribute to media and digital strategies – help shape how clients invest their budgets for the biggest impact.
Deliver and oversee no-code projects and automations for marketing workflows
Monitor project timelines and budgets, evaluate campaign performance, and ensure client satisfaction
Analyze campaign and web data, prepare reports, and turn them into actionable insights
Research new trends, tools, and technologies to keep our digital stack sharp and competitive
Must-have:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, mar-tech, or performance-oriented roles
Strong understanding of online advertising (PPC, paid social, marketplaces), analytics, and marketing automation
Hands-on experience with CRM, email automation, or CDP/CDXP platforms
Strategic thinking with attention to detail — you can both plan and analyze
Solid overview of web, SEO, UX, and data tracking principles
English level B2 or higher (you’ll work with international clients)
Independent, organized, and proactive mindset
Curiosity for new tech and willingness to bring fresh ideas
Nice-to-have:
Experience leading small client projects or managing budgets
Practical knowledge of server-side tracking or conversion APIs
Experience with BI dashboards or data visualization
Comfort working in fast-paced environments where innovation matters
