Business Development Specialist (AI & Software)

We design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from structuring messy data and building retrieval systems to developing AI agents and automation that actually integrate into live business workflows.

From manufacturing and retail to fast-growing startups and SMEs, our clients all share one thing in common: the ambition to scale with AI and automation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and win new business opportunities in AI, machine learning, data science, software, and automation
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/IT/Innovations)
  • Drive the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and outreach, through pitching and proposals, to closing deals
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to translate business needs into clear solutions
  • Work on tenders, RFPs, and structured procurement processes
  • Help shape Striveonlab’s sales playbook and go-to-market strategy as we scale
  • Represent Striveonlab at events, networking opportunities, and conferences

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B sales / business development (ideally in tech, SaaS, consulting, or agency)
  • Ability to understand and explain the value of AI, data, and automation solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills - comfortable leading client conversations
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset: you like targets and you like beating them
  • Experience managing the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing
  • Comfort with ambiguity and startup dynamics: you build structure where needed
  • Bonus: existing network in industries like e-commerce, manufacturing, or enterprise tech

What we offer

Compensation model that rewards results:

  • Base fix (flexible according to seniority)
    • 10–25% commission on closed projects
    • 3–10% recurring bonus on annual renewals
  • Flexible work setup - contract-based (full-time, part-time, or project), hybrid in Prague, or fully remote
  • Purpose-driven projects - connecting data, AI, and business to solve real-world challenges
  • Room to grow - build the sales function, lead bigger deals, or move into leadership
  • Influence over company direction - your input will directly shape how we scale
